Regarding the accuracy, yes, the thermostat is accurate, but there may be a slight error. We have tested it many times in various environments, and the deviation is not more than 2°F.

If you do not have the C-wire, you can try the following, but please confirm with your HVAC manufacturer or an electric engineer first. For the Furnace Part, put the G-wire connected to the C terminal, and use a black jumper wire to connect G and Y or W (if you need heat, connect to W, otherwise connect to Y). For the Thermostat Part, connect the G-wire to the C terminal on the wall plate.
